No smoking.

Minimum age to reserve and be responsible for property is 25 years.
Refundable security/damage deposit: $200.
Deposit refunded within 1-2 weeks of departure as long as there is no damage, missing items, and key returned as instructed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Things happen and plans change, so we have the following refund policy for the $200 security deposit:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: 25% refund of security deposit and the first night's rent.
Less than one week notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
