Payment accepted by credit or debit card. There is a 3% processing fee added to amount of transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month's notice: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks, more than one week: We would withhold your security deposit.
Less than one week's notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
