A $200 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve. This is refunded within one week after departure if there is no damage and check-out instructions are followed.
Checks accepted for reservations two weeks or more in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than one week before arrival date: $200 and first night's rent withheld.
More than one week before arrival date: $150.
More than two weeks before arrival date: $100
More than three weeks before arrival date: $50
