DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT: A minimum of $200 refundable damage/security deposit is required.
Verification of your credit card with a small debit and credit transaction will secure your reservation. No funds withdrawn from this amount unless there is damage or a cancellation fee. Personal checks are also accepted for deposit and rent as long as they are received no less than 3 weeks before your arrival date.
Extra refundable damage deposits may be required during spring break.
