Deposit refunded within 1-2 weeks of departure as long as there is no damage, missing items, check-out instructions are followed, and the keys are returned as directed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Things happen and plans change, so we have the following refund policy for the $200 security deposit:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: We would withhold your security and the first night's rent.
