The payment for your stay is due two weeks before your arrival date by check or money order. If paying by credit/debit card, there is a 5% transaction fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: 25% refund of security deposit.
Less than one week notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
