(Parking pass is $15 for entire stay and is purchased from the Homeowners' Office.)
A $200 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve. This is refunded within 3 days to one week after departure date if no damage.
Checks accepted if received at least two weeks before arrival date.
Credit cards also accepted but with 5% procesing fee.
No smoking.
No pets.
Minimum age to reserve and be responsible for property: 25 years.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: 25% refund of security deposit.
Less than one week notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
