A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required to reserve. This is refunded within 3 days to 1 week after departure date as long as there is no damage.
Checks accepted if received at least two weeks before arrival date.
Credit cards also accepted but with 5% procesing fee.
Checks accepted for reservations two weeks or more in advance.
Credit cards accepted (5%) service charge added).
Pay Pal accepted with 3% fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: 25% refund of security deposit.
Less than one week notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
