Refundable security/damage deposit: $200 in most cases. Additional deposits required for ball teams or other group reservations.
Deposit refunded within 1-2 weeks of departure as long as there is no damage, missing items, check-out instructions are followed, and the keys are returned as directed.
Credit cards accepted with a 3% service charge: Master Card, Discover, Visa, American Express. Pay Pal and personal checks also accepted.

More than one month's notice: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks, more than one week: We would withhold your security deposit.
Less than one week's notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
