RATES FOR SUNBIRD CONDOS for 2012
Weekly $905 including tax and cleaning.
Six nights $805 including tax and cleaning.
Five nights $705 including tax and cleaning
Four nights $605 including tax and cleaning.
Three nights $505 including tax and cleaning.
The only fee not included is the $15 parking pass purchased from the Homeowner's office after arrival.

Sofa bed in the Living Room.
One bath.
Free WIFI.
Balcony.
Gulf-front.
Full kitchen.
TV in LR & BR.
Recliner.
Answering machine.
Three pools. The West pool is heated in cooler months.
Ground floor condo...no stairs.
Laundromat on site on ground floor across from elevators.
Beach concessions available.
Beach chair rentals. Ask me about special rates.
Convenient location close to shopping, restaurants.

No smoking.
No pets.
Minimum age to reserve and be responsible for property: 25 years.
No subletting.

A $200.00 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve by payment link above or by check or money order.
The payment for your stay is due two weeks before your arrival date by check or money order. If paying by credit/debit card, there is a 5% transaction fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than one month of notice of cancellation: 75% refund of security deposit.
Less than one month, but more than two weeks notice: 50% refund of security deposit.
Less than two weeks notice: 25% refund of security deposit.
Less than one week notice: Security deposit withheld plus first night's rent.
